COVID-19 SALON SAFETY PROCEDURES
- A) PRE-BOOKED APPOINTMENTS ONLY: We have staggered appointment times and capped our total occupancy. Please book your appointment by calling or texting by sms or WhatsApp 058 297 5600
- B) NO SHOW/LATE POLICY: It is imperative that you arrive to your appointment as scheduled. Late arrivals (15 min +) will be subject to late arrivals policy.
- C) NO WAITING INSIDE THE SALON: Please wait inside your car or outside of salon prior to your appointment. We will text you when we are ready for you to come in.
- D) ARRIVE ALONE: Due to our limited capacity and health precautions, only the individual receiving services is allowed into the salon. This includes children and companions not receiving services.
- C) PLEASE BE PREPARED TO HACE YOUR TEMPERATURE TAKEN: Upon arrival, we will meet you at the door with our no touch thermometer to take your temperature prior to entry. If you are feeling sick, please call us to reschedule your appointment at no cost.
- D) MASKS MUST BE WORN: Clients and staff are required to wear behind the ear face masks as long as it does not interfere with services being provided. If you do not have one, we will provide one for you.
- E) SANITAZE YOUR HANDS BEFORE AND AFTER LEAVING THE SALON: An infrared activated hand sanitizer is available at the entrance door for your and our safety.
- F) ENHANCED CLEANING PRACTICES: We are taking all sanitary precautions including our front door and front desk hand sanitizers, disinfecting all surfaces before and after each guest, as well as frequent hand washing.
- G) FOOD OR DRINKS: You may serve yourself water, tea and coffee from the dispenser. We will ask you to refrain from bringing or ordering in food during your appointment.
- H) CONTACTLESS PAYMENT: When scheduling your appointment, please make sure you have your updated credit card information for contactless payment.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Eternal Lotus Beatuty Ladies Salon and Spa cannot be held responsible for the loss of any personal belongings, please keep them with you at all times.
MOBILE PHONES
Please ensure your mobile phone is off or in silent mode during your visit. Kindly keep short calls and refrain from talking loud on your phone as most customers want to relax during their services, we highly appreciate your cooperation.
CHILDREN POLICY
Please refrain from bringing your children into the salon in order to maintain peace and tranquility during your experience. Girls under 12 years of age booked in for “Princess” treatments are welcome, taking into consideration the salon regulations.
A child brought to the salon in unavoidable situations will be the responsibility of the parent and must be accompanied and be under the direct supervision of the parent, nanny, or guardian all times. Parents may be held liable for incidents involving children in the premise.
LATE ARRIVALS
We do understand that you may be late on some occasions, but we cannot guarantee to accommodate customers who arrive more than 15 minutes after their booked appointment, we will always try to accommodate customers as long as the next customer’s treatment is not affected, however this may not be always possible especially during busy times where your appointment may have to be rescheduled.
COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
If for any reason, you are unhappy with your treatment, please note you need to present your invoice to comply with company policy in order to have the issue solved.
Nail Extensions / Gelish Polish: 3 -5 days
Eyelash perming (LVL) & Eyelash Extensions: 1 day
Classic polish/Nail lacquer: 1 day
Products: Non-refundable, Non-exchangeable.
Packages: Non-refundable but exchangeable by the services in the same value.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
It is important that you inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries when booking your treatment with us as it may affect your treatment.
In the interest of your safety, it is also your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health since your last visit.

CANCELATTION POLICY
*Please note the new COVID-19 Cancellation Policy is currently over-ruling this policy*
We request that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel any appointments; this not only allows us to reschedule your appointment to a more suitable time but allows us to offer this appointment to other clients. If you have booked your appointment online, you will receive a link via email that will allow you to reschedule this over 24 hours before your treatment time.
BOOKING FEE
Eternal Lotus Beauty salon does not charge neither for a booking nor for a consultation.
PREGNANCY
During the first 12 weeks of pregnancy we cannot offer you any treatments.
After 12 weeks we can then offer you most of our regular treatments, below you will find a list of treatments that we either cannot offer or have stipulations
Nail services – we can offer both gel polish and nail extension treatments to you, and the extra luxury service if you should wish. However, we cannot provide any massage as part of the luxury service, we will adjust the treatments accordingly per each individual
Tinting – after 12 weeks we can perform this treatment providing you have a new patch test. We also require you to have a new patch test after birth and after you have finished breast-feeding if this is applicable to you
LVL Lash Lift – we cannot perform this treatment until you are no longer pregnant and have finished breast-feeding if this is applicable to you
Massage – we cannot perform any massage treatments during pregnancy, this includes as part of other treatments (much as facials, pedicures etc) in this case we will adjust the treatments accordingly per each individual.
Skin treatments – we can only perform our refresher facial (as this has no massage) during pregnancy, any other facials can only be offered once you are no longer pregnant, any advanced skin treatments such as peels, micro-needling or Caci are best left until you have finished breast-feeding if this is applicable
SERVICES TO MINORS
If you are under 18 you cannot have our full range of treatments. Please see the list below as to which treatments you can have. You will also need to get a parental consent form signed prior to any treatment, we will provide, if you are under 16 you will also need a parent or guardian present throughout your treatment.
Under 16
Manicures and pedicures (with gel polish)
Lash and brow tinting
Waxing (excluding intimate bikini waxing)
Facials
Ages 16-18
You can have all of the above treatments plus:
Intimate bikini waxing
LVL Lash Lift
Nail extensions
You are not allowed to have the following treatments:
Skin resurfacers and peels
Micro-needling
Caci
Advanced facials (such as Celluma LED, microdermabrasion etc)
Massage
CANCER
Unfortunately, once you have been diagnosed, we are not able to offer you any treatments, this includes currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Once you have finished your treatment, or up to 5 years after you have finished treatment, we can then offer you most of our regular treatments with medical consent; we will provide you with a form to be signed as we are aware some places charge, this will have to be signed by your GP or Oncologist.
With regards to skin cancer, again we cannot offer you any treatments until you have completed all treatments (whether this is removal, topical treatments) and any wounds have fully healed. You will then also need a medical consent form to be signed by your GP or Oncologist.
Most of our skin treatments have specific rules about when you can have/if you can have treatments so please check with us.
